Energy Efficiency

With over thirty years of experience in energy efficiency, Belmar help its clients create their Energy Plan and then implement it at their pace. An energy plan defines how your buildings and processes will use energy in the future and sets targets for energy performance and savings. It includes a plan to track performance and make adjustments to ensure you attain your targets. It answers the following critical questions:

What is the potential for savings and what would be my return on investment? 

Are subsidies available to me?

Does it make sense to go all-electric?

The first step is to conduct an energy audit which shows how energy is currently used in your building (show pie chart of LTL here) and defines measures which will help you save energy and reduce costs.  It shows each measure’s costs, savings, incentives, ROI, and impact on your carbon footprint (show LTL table here). It also includes timelines for implementing measures or combination of measures.

Before completing the energy plan, we consider your future plans as they relate to expansions, layout changes, equipment upgrades, etc. Belmar will ensure that your energy plan is in line with your company’s vision.
